Twitter Profile pages get a redesign and will start rolling out to all users starting next week, Twitter posted in a blog post. The redesigned Profile page has been focused more towards photos and looks slightly like a profile page on Facebook.

The new design will allow you to use a bigger profile pic than before, customize the header and also to upload a larger header image spanning from end-to-end.

Twitter announced in a blog post that it has added two new mobile features on Wednesday, in an attempt to make the photos shared on Twitter more social. Now you can photo tag people and also have the ability to post more than one photo per Tweet.

Terry Shipman set out to break Ellen's selfie retweet record

Terry Shipman along with his two dogs has set out to break Ellen DeGeneres' Oscar selfie retweet record. He posts a selfie oh him sitting on a couch and his two dogs peeping over his shoulder on Twitter.

In his tweet he writes: "Let's see if we can beat the Oscar re-tweets!". His tweet suddenly went viral and got around 128,974 retweets until this point.
